## Email us

Email [contact@daily-holes.org](mailto:contact@daily-holes.org) about Daily Holes, controls, sound, saved results, rules or privacy. You can copy the address into your email app. This website has no contact form.

## Reporting a problem

[Daily Holes help](/help) covers common control, sound, storage and sharing issues. A useful report includes:

- The displayed UTC date, game and course version, and hole number.
- Your device, browser and input method: touch, mouse or keyboard.
- The club, lie and power if the issue concerns a shot.
- The stage: aiming, locking, power, flight, auto-putting, saving, practice, history or sharing.
- What you expected, what happened, any message shown, and repeatable steps.
- Whether assisted timing or reduced motion was enabled.

A screenshot can help explain a blocked button or unexpected landing. Do not send passwords, full browser-data exports or unrelated personal information. [Privacy](/privacy) describes information you choose to email.

## Saved results

Progress and results stay in your browser. We cannot recover scores lost through cleared data, another browser or unavailable storage because there is no server copy. If saving fails, copy or download a completed result before leaving. A screenshot of the warning helps us distinguish unavailable storage from a different browser or date.

## Scope

This contact page concerns the independent game at **daily-holes.org**, operated publicly as **Daily Holes** in the **United States**. We do not provide account, purchase or score support for other sites. [About](/about) describes the project.
